Handlers Agency provided professional photography coverage for the OFYCL 2025 Program and Graduation, a youth leadership initiative by The Okwelians focused on mentoring teens and emerging Cameroonian changemakers. The four-day residential program was hosted in Souza at Fondation MAM, with experiential learning activities extending into Douala.
Our role was to visually document the full leadership journey of the participants—capturing moments of learning, exposure, interaction, and celebration while preserving the authentic spirit and impact of the program.
Throughout the program, participants were immersed in diverse learning environments designed to broaden their leadership perspectives. This included a cultural visit to a Souza-based artist, where creativity, storytelling, and local expression became tools for inspiration and reflection.
The program also featured an immersive corporate exposure tour in Douala, where the young leaders visited SABC, FISCO Industries, and Activa Assurances. These experiences offered firsthand insight into corporate operations, organizational culture, and professional environments—bridging leadership theory with real-world practice.
